Seasonal Weather Outlooks:

American Weather & Hydrology, LLC offers Seasonal Weather Outlooks. 

These outlooks are prepared exclusively by American Weather & Hydrology Meteorologist, Dr. Charles B. Pyke, premier Seasonal Forecast Specialist.

These outlooks are available in several formats:

(1) Customized text and tables of average temperatures and total precipitation, and their departures from normal, for specific sites.  Included are discussions of ocean temperatures and other contributing factors to predicted anomalies.  Maps of the latest ocean temperature anomalies and predictions are also available.

(2)  Generalized maps of the 48 contiguous United States, showing areas of expected temperatures and precipitation for each of the next three months (total of six maps). 

Each map consists of lines drawn to separate areas of temperatures or precipitation expected to be:

Much below normal

These maps are currently under development.
